AHRQ Recruiting Senior Coordinator to Support U.S. Preventive Services Task Force

May 23, 2012 – The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) seeks a senior coordinator for the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). This is an opportunity to improve the health of all Americans by supporting the USPSTF in making evidence-based recommendations on clinical preventive care. The candidate will provide oversight, critical problem solving, and quality assurance for projects involving multiple partners and complex procedures. The Senior Coordinator will work closely with the USPSTF Scientific Director and the team at AHRQ to increase the transparency and efficiency of the USPSTF's processes while overseeing all of the technical, logistical, and dissemination support AHRQ provides the USPSTF. The Senior Coordinator will also cultivate partnerships with stakeholders in the prevention and primary care community, including researchers, health professionals, advocates, and health care decisionmakers.
