June 11, 2019 – The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force released today a final recommendation statement on screening for HIV infection. The Task Force found that clinicians should screen for HIV in adolescents, adults, and all pregnant persons. To view the recommendation and the evidence on which it is based, please go here.
