May 23, 2023 – The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force seeks comments on a draft recommendation statement and draft evidence review on screening and preventive interventions for oral health in children and adolescents ages 5-17 years. The Task Force determined that more research is needed to recommend for or against screening and interventions in school-aged children and adolescents without symptoms in primary care. The draft recommendation statement and draft evidence review are available for review and public comment from May 23, 2023, to June 20, 2023 here.
