HIV PrEP Discussion Guide for Clinicians and Patients

To support implementation of the recommendation on Preexposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for Prevention of HIV Infection, the Taseir patients who may be at high risk for HIV infection. Clinicians are encouraged to use this guide as a conversation starter to help determine which patients might be good candidates for PrEP and as a patient education tool. This guide is not intended to serve as a risk assessment tool or decision aid.
