Use this form for update review of preventive service topics that have recommendations by the UPSTF. If you want to recommend consideration of a new topic, please use the New Topic Form.

Before submitting a new topic for nomination, please check that the topic is not:

• Already covered in an active USPSTF recommendation (See all active topics)
• Already covered in a USPSTF recommendation under development (See all topics under development)
